Conversion brake arm including brake cam for easy conversion of the rear brake cable to modern thread technology. This means that the old type can be retired with a brake cable safety device simply by clamping. The new technology allows quick and safe adjustment using a knurled nut. Also ideal in racing when the engine is changed frequently or the brake has to be readjusted quickly. A brake cable with a thread and a barrel for the brake arm are required (both see accessories). NECESSARY CONVERSION MEASURES: To carry out the conversion, a slot must be made in the cable guide of the brake pedal. The T5 brake cable has a cast nipple at each end and can therefore no longer be threaded through the bare hole in the cable guide on the pedal. Furthermore, the set screw on the PK engine blocks must be removed and the thread drilled out (~ 7,2mm).
