BGM primary gears are bulletproof. Developed for the enormous power and torque of today's engines, they are made from high-alloy steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5) according to the highest manufacturing standards. The extremely high strength of the base material (up to 1100N / mm2, HRC 58-62) provides a reassuringly secure basis for the production of BGM primary wheels. The production meets the high standard for transmission production by Honda. Each individual part receives a test report. BGM thus has permanent, continuous quality assurance. High-quality material 15 CrMo 5 Precise production according to Honda standard Continuous quality control Can be used with all covers from year of construction 1962 (or all with 30mm long primary springs) Available with 64 or 65 teeth Can be combined with original clutch pinion: 23T Can be combined with BGM clutch pinion for COSA2: 22T 23Z, 24Z A characteristic feature of the BGM wheels is their black color and the practical lettering with information on the number of teeth the pinion has. The primary gear with 64 teeth is particularly interesting. Due to the possible combination with the BGM clutch pinions with 22, 23 or 24 teeth, a transmission range of 2,90-2,66 can be covered. This means that if a different exhaust or cylinder is fitted, the ratio can be perfectly adjusted by simply exchanging the clutch seat without splitting the engine. BGM primary gears are the ...
