Suitable for all PX200, Rally200 and Cosa200 (Cosa models only with gray cast iron cylinder as standard) DIAMETER Each cylinder type (Malossi, Polini, Quattrini, Pinasco) unfortunately has its own diameter at the outlet, which differs slightly from the original. SEAL AND CLEAN The bgm Pro sockets help in a simple way to permanently seal this area and to keep the outlet area clean. ROUND ENGINE RUNNING These sockets can also help to cure inexplicable vibrations and irregular engine running. If the exhaust port has enough play that it can move on the cylinder flange (under load and exhaust pressure), this leads to the phenomena mentioned. With the bushings, the exhaust can be properly tightened on the flange. This usually eliminates the cause of the vibrations. The engine can now be properly tuned or it now runs as it should, since no more external air gets into the exhaust. In the supporting working area of the exhaust (resonance range), fresh gas from the cylinder, which has got into the exhaust, is pressed back into the cylinder. However, if this is enriched with fresh air through a leaky exhaust flange, the mixture for the engine can become leaner.
