Vespa Lambretta Oil -BGM PRO STREET- and BGM PRO RACE2-stroke

 

The bgm PRO oils is available in two different grades, semi synthetic and fully synthetic. both are perfectly suited for your scooter.

Choose depenging of the use of your scooter:

1. Standard scooters or mildly tuned engines.

Semi synthetic oil for all 2-stroke engines: bgm PRO STREET

Vespa Lambretta Oil -BGM PRO STREET- 2-stroke semi synthetic - 1000ml

bgm PRO STREET 2-stroke synthetic oil is a high quality 2-stroke oil. It fulfills all the Japanese JASO FC testing standards.
The JASO FC classification shows that it is low smoke oil, perfectly suited for all road engines. The rsidue-free combustion gives a clean exhaust port even after thousands of miles. This ensures a long life of exhaust and cylinder.
Special additives give a stable lubrication even under high load. Corrosion inhibitor is a matter of course as the abilty to use it for pre-mix as well as oil pumps.

Can be used for:

  • Vespa, Lambretta, Scootermatic Twist & Go  Scooters All 2-strokes (pre-mix, oil pump, injection etc.)

  • Cleaner combustion than minerl oils
  • For all air- & liquid cooled 2-strke engines
  • Burning point: 72° C
  • Pour point: -22° C

 

 

 

2. Heavily tuned or racing engines.

Fully synthetic 2-stroke oil  for all 2-stroke engines bgm PRO RACE

Oil -BGM PRO RACE- 2-stroke fully synthetic - 1000ml

bgm PRO RACE 2-stroke fully synthetic is 100 % synthetic produced high performance 2-stroke oil. It is a good choice for all powerful street and race engines.
It fulfills the highest and most rigid Japanese JASO testing standards. It gives a perfect lubrication and protection of all parts on every 2-stroke engine.
The very low burning point gives a perfect lubrication right from the start as well as the full power of the engine and a clean combustion even under partial load only.
The JASO FD gives a residue-free combustion and a clean exhaust port even after thousands of miles. This ensures a long life of exhaust and cylinder.
Special additives give a stable lubrication even under high load. Corrosion inhibitor is a matter of course as the abilty to use it for pre-mix as well as oil pumps.
Can be used for:

  • All 2-strokes (pre-mix, oil pump, injection etc.)

We were so unhappy with all the remade engine mounts for the Lambretta that we decided to do our own ones. We tested different grades of rubber hardness and different hardness on left hand side and right hand side.
Now we have found the perfect stiffness to cut down vibrations with different hardness on left hand side and right hand side.

Delivery is always as a pair. They come with indication moulded into the rubber, if it is for left (L) side or right (R). More info

Finally available the Vespa bgm MRB Big Box for the P2 engines

Finally we have the Big Box exhaust for the Vespa P2 engines available. This exhaust was developed by Mark Broadhurst with his engineering background and the knowledge he has won with the development of the Lambretta Big Box.

Basically it is a stock looking exhaust with the power output of an expansion pipe. The exhaust for the P2 engines comes with three different CNC machined exhaust stubs to clear the differences on the diameter of exhaust stubs produced by Polini, Malossi, Pinasco & Co. To make it 100% sealed there are supllied inner and outer O-rings.

Instead of clamping the exhaust down with the risk of damagening the stub the exhaust is hold by springs. The material for the installation is supplied with every Big Box.

Very often we are asked what setups we do recommend for the Big Box to work best. This is something impossible to answer in general. Basically it comes down to your engine and what you really want. The Big Box worked on every engine we have tested very well. From standard engines to mild road tunes, to the torque monsters with low port timing readings up to very high revving Malossi kitted engines.

  • So the Big Box works with all -at least most- engine setups.
  • You don’t have to tailor suit the port timings to the exhaust like on full expansion pipes.
  • Gives best power output of all stock looking exhaust.

Beside the matched optics of the bgm PRO shockers, this set offers built in second to none dampening function and comfort.
The shockers are completely adjustable. Rebound and compression dampening are separately adjustable by 12(rear) and 16(front) stages. The spring preload is stageless adjustable.
